I think you just defined the sync to include Last name and company? Maybe because of this the title didn't appear in the target org? What happens if you adjust the last name?

I have created a contact in Target Org. Also, the 'Forward to Connections [Forward]' is enabled. Yet I don't the button 'Forward to connections' on theleads list view. Any idea why?

Hey Jitendra, very nice video. I was wondering if salesforce to salesforce can be used in Lightning? I know configuration needs to be done in classic though. Also, if salesforce 2 salesforce supports transferring files from one SF to another SF?

What happens if the Lead gets converted? ( Ideally the leads are archived in Source) what happens in the the target system?

Hi Jitendra, Thanks for the video. I have question, will the synced Object (Lead, Case, Custom Objects etc) follow the rules of the target org. e.g. Validation Rules, Automations (Triggers, PBs) , Assignment Rules etc or will it just be copied as is and none of these will be invoked?
