Jiyu-waza class 2/ Katate-mochi Kokyu-nage

In Renzoku-waza video, you learned seven important techniques that are the foundation of Jiyu-waza. Their movements are to learn inside and outside turns. In th Jiyu-waza class 1, you learned Irimi-zuki, Sudori and Kokyu-nage which use up and down movements. In this video, Mori Sensei demonstrates how to perform Katate-mochi Kokyu-nage that use the grips of uke and redirecting uke's force.
