Well done again, going amongst the rural people and highlighting their will to survive. Learn a lot more today. In Jamaica after the cassava is grated and the starch is extracted it is either used to make bammy (a flat bread) or or it is sifted and mixed with wheat flour and used to make dumping which is then cooked. Love the calmness and demeanor of the rural folks. Another great video 🇯🇲

hello beautiful Jasmine. Kassava (yuca) is not very common here. So I don't know what it tastes like. I love your job. You show the wealth of your country that is the people. Thr Ghanaian process of making gari is similar to how we make it in St.Lucia but we call it farine. We sometimes mix it with some powdered milk and sugar and eat it away, add water and sugar and heat it up as porridge. Tastes so good.

Hi Jasmine I like to watch your videos all the way from Canada. I would like to make a suggestion to you. from what I learned about your professional background, you are well versed into helping people as a former social worker. And from the KZbin videos you keep uploading, the burning desire to help the less fortunate is still in you. My suggestion to you is, for you to scale this to the next level, why don't you draw up a business plan and setup something like a NGO whose principal objective would be to empower rural women who are growing or processing agricultural products to find a suitable market to sell their products to urban dwellers who need them. Once you seek and obtain funding from say the Australian government, you setup you office quarters and start documenting your journey and upload it to your channel. you can even reach out to your audience to fund some your small projects in order to get them involved. by doing this you may quickly grow your audience and and help make a difference in the life others. you can even film everything that is happening in the office. just a suggestion. :)

The success of this food supply chain is totally dependent on producers like Fati receiving payment from her network of street sellers. If dishonest street sellers consistently fail to pay Gari producers in the village their cut, then the supply chain will fail. Jazz, thank you for showcasing these village entrepreneurs. They work very hard to create economy in rural Ghana.
