YOU WILL BE AMAZED BY THIS PART OF GHANA | TRAVEL TO KWAHU IN THE EASTERN REGION WITH ME
Kwahu is a beautiful part of the Eastern Region in Ghana. Its very popular around Easter time for people to saturate this part of Ghana. Activities you will find here around this time of the year includes; paragliding, hiking, carnivals and street jams. For Kwahu people, it is an annual homecoming, but for holiday travellers it is an occasion for celebrations. There are also performances by various artists. In this video, i am on a road trip to explore Kwahu and all the activities it comes with during Easter.

My name is Jasmine and I have relocated from Sydney Australia to Ghana in west Africa as of the year 2020.
My parents are of Ghanaian descent and so am I although I was born in Australia. Here on my channel, my goal is to give you a real glimpse into what it’s like to live in Ghana, from the Ghanaian food, to the Ghanaian culture, to the Ghanaian lifestyle and everything in between. My goal is to satisfy your curiosity about Ghana and help inspire to explore Ghana.
My prayer is that these videos do just that for several African’s in the diaspora.
Follow your bliss because life is short, follow your bliss because human life has no intrinsic value, follow your bliss because everything happens for the greater good and follow your bliss because it has all happened before.

Africa is beautie by itself if only some Africans appreciate it, that continent has the most rich resources in the world and they just don't know how to capitalize on it,I think it's because the colonization mindset is still embedded in them.
@brofutv1853
@brofutv1853 Жыл бұрын
Not only is the colonial mindset entrenched, the coloniser never left. He still twists the hands of Africa's leaders to steal the enormous resources you're talking about. Any leader who resists become persona non grata , and a vile campaign to oust him is set in motion. Of course, the leaders' own corrupt ways do not help matters.

Yeah it's changing now growing up in Accra, I went to Abetifi Technical institute and in those days Kwahu use to be greener more than what am seeing now it's sad 😔 that more houses are being built and all the greens will soon disappear leaving only the greens on the mountain ⛰

I’m African American. In America. What is the native language that Jasmine speaks? I’m hearing English and another language. What is it? As I further watch this video, I am surprised by many things in Awahu, Ghana like paved roads, a multitude of fruit trees, elegant houses, and the clean, pretty apartment/motel where Jasmine stayed. However, I’m surprised that Africans don’t have bathtubs, toilet paper holders, or use UTENSILS to eat food. I didn’t know that those things are American. I’m also surprised that the shower water was cold. That rarely to never happens in the United States at a motel or hotel. Also, I’m surprised that Africa gets cold, even though an African Visa holder in the United States told me that Africa gets cold. 26 degrees in the United States is cold. *A Visa holder from Europe, in the United States, told me that Africa don’t get cold. *That’s ANOTHER lesson not to believe Europeans. 😏 Thanks for the tour of Awahu, Ghana.
