This is sparking my interest in Ghana i’ve been watching so many news articles and stories lately about how African Americans are relocating back to Africa and it’s interesting that it’s news but I think the real reason is because they’re (as in the ones that want hold blacks down, and profit off of the things that we do without giving credit) are scared because black people are actually leaving. If a large group of Black people actually leave with their money, then how do we profit off of them anymore? Very interesting. If we all came together as one, nothing can stop us.

Jas great content. This is awesome exactly what I think about everyday, even the building bricks, interlocking, is what I am going to use. What suprises me is how Ghanaians tend to associate bricks of this type as old fashioned ... perhaps it is about understanding ie modern traditional for want of a better description, the thermal benefits on the inside are serious. Block and cement buildings are so hot 🔥 ... What with Dumsor, solar is like a must have, if you can afford it. Brendan and Eric are really thinking ..

Thanks for your feedback. The 3 years only apply if you want to take advantage of the half price home promo. Otherwise, if you pay the full price, then you receive the same type of payment arrangement that most other home builders offer which is pay 30% upfront, 30% when walls are up, 30% when roof is on, and 10% at completion over a two year period.

My question is: Do the prices quoted for these homes also include the price of the land? The homes are very innovative without a doubt, but truth be told, we need to consider all sides as far as possible. The 3-year half price option sounds very optimistic and to a large extent, too good to be true, and I am not thinking of dishonesty in any way but rather reality. Due to rising inflation in economies a lot could change with prices of raw materials in even a shorter period, labour prices could also be affected for the same very reason. That would be my major concern about a 3-year plan.

Great questions Clarence. Yes, the prices do include the land. This promo is available for the initial buyers who are helping to fund the project. Beginning the new year the prices will increase about 15% and the half price promo will end.

The government will tend to limit the taxes placed on food items but usually construction materials are not so fortunate.

Gosh. This was just outstanding! I am just SO happy that this housing option is available. I became saddened when I thought he said 3 years to develop and deliver the finished product after payment? With the current global recession projections looming on the horizon and depending on imports for the project, I encourage these gentlemen to think what housing can be delivered in 1 year. Seriously. Or, what could be built from materials entirely located within Africa. If the imports are from within the Continent then A okay, and that concern is settled. I still think these gentlemen can innovate even more and produce a niche sustainable community with 1 year target delivery. Somewhere between vans converted to a mobile living space and their current studio home model. They would sell to a target audience if well made. In year 3-5, I see you replicating the model to other parcels. So document & video your current building processes as a training manual for your Project Managers in your next projects. By year 5-7, you should be a brand with systems & teams handling multiple projects simultaneously. Yours will be to fundraise to potential investors with your finance teams. Perhaps dont move soo far away from cities and be close to amenities like hospitals or resident nurses and a doctor as communities start settling. Wishing you blessings !

I’m excited! finally sensible homes, you guys are my antidote, I was in pain watching videos of tons and tons of brick and cement piles just to build a house, Thanks 😱however, not sold on your sewage system as you already know solid waste should be separated from liquid waste, So it seems the only 2 options are: waste treatment OR the latrine-outhouse- privy, and a shower in the great outdoors 😊I Love Love Love ❤️ these home concepts,
