Just because it's pink doesn't mean it's raw. Almost all hot dogs are cured, and cured meat is pink (ever have ham before?). Also, I'd assume those are pork sausages based on the color, which would make it lighter than the beef franks we get in States. The frosted flakes are weird though

Man, we take it for granted how much work it is to have clean, safe & good food prep. This is just for regular fast food or a food truck too. You know the proprietors are passionate about their food when you see all the care & work involved. They don’t do it for the easy hours or to get rich. It’s not only the preparation & cooking but also the cleaning,etc. You can appreciate how clean everything is & all the hard work they do. The end result is a better product I truly believe. On a side note, I always hated those inflatable retail signs but that hot dog one is pretty sweet, not gonna lie.

This amount of work is why sometimes we have to be dedicated to closing at a certain time and it gets frustrating when people say oh can you take on more order or hey you should stay open longer. When we serve people is just a portion of the job. To keep my kitchen and business clean and respectable is many more hours after close and prep is numerous hours before opening.

so how hot is the dog by the time i get it, given all condiments are like room temp? I'm assuming that's (for the condiments) mayo, ketchup, cheese sauce & mustard? how about the olive and jalapeno mix? like a bbq and hot sauce? I'm just curious.. Also I was expecting an actual food truck .. though it started in the US and it had a popular Korean dog

While I love these videos I wish there was more explanation in them. Like with the 2 containers with the onions I would like to know what sauces were put in because one looked like ketchup but the other one looked like BBQ of some sort.

Do you really think that restaurant is going to give away their secret weapon? C'mon...lets take an educated guess at it, shall we? Olives and onions= Sweet and sour sauce. Jalapenos and onions= Mae ploy (look it up) 4 Squeeze bottles= Ketchup, Mayo, Hot Mustard, Cheese Sauce. Sprinkles= Ground up Tony the Tiger

I found an actual menu, it's bbq sauce, not sweet and sour. The other is just labled 'chili sauce' so it could be any number of different things, but mae ploy does seem likely. The green flakes are parsley. The menu also just calls the frosted flakes 'flake'. The 'flake' ingredient is the weirdest one on these in my opinion. Though lettuce is a close second.

I secretly put Crunchy Cheetos on my hotdogs hoping people wouldn't judge me. After watching this video I think I am on to something. No more hiding. Also if you havn't tried a few Cool Ranch Doritos on your burgers you are missing out on life. I and going to start my own food truck. Wish me luck.

PMSL. All hotdogs are precooked. These ones looked like bratwurst. However I am not impressed with the Frosties and other nonsense, especially that all these 'dogs are ice cold from the looks of things unless they are just microwaved before serving?

Sweet and salty go together really well. If it is a successful restaurant, it can't be that weird, or gross or they wouldn't be in business. You can enjoy many more foods in life if you don't just stick to bland foods, and the same boring combinations.

People putting mayonnaise on a hotdog is even disgusting to me 🤢 lol I’m sorry, it’s just I grew up with certain condiments being meant for certain things, mayonnaise belongs on SANDWICHES, a hotdog while being on a bun is NOT A SANDWICH! Mayonnaise is a spread, not a topping, it’s a DIFFERENCE people 🙄😂 it’s just like putting jelly on a chicken biscuit 🤦🏽‍♂️ just because it’s a biscuit doesn’t mean you have to fuck the chicken up by putting something sweet that truly is meant to go along with the plain bread whether be a bagel, sandwich, croissant and etc, but to add jelly to a chicken biscuit is just nasty to me.
