Wrong channel to comment bro since this is for lol pc 😂 but anyways, just go triforce, botrk, death's dance since they are core items, the rest is up to you but you should definitely go defensive items (like randuins for heavy ad enemy comp, visage/FoN/malmortius for heavy ap, or just the standard steraks and GA). Runes are pretty standard, conq/grasp, brutal, bone plating/adaptive, sweet tooth. Also it's harder to proc vitals in wr unlike in lol pc, but you can definitely use auto + flash to proc a vital, like what jjking does in this vid

Yes you can since forever, with tiamat you could, now with goredrinker you still can, when bork had an active you could proc with it, galeforce can proc it, literally every kind of damage that comes from fiora directed towards the mark can and WILL proc the mark.
