The second episode this happens since back in Artemis Enigma - the MASK computer chooses Alex Sector even though he was preselected (as with said episode, that’s possibly why, in *this* one, his work was intentionally not shown). Again, this is a contradiction to back in the episode ‘Dinosaur Boy’, where the MASK computer didn’t choose him, as he was preselected.

I'm aware Serpentor would have been clean shaven (since, in the season 2, pre-movie, episode 'My Favourite Things', he has either a black handlebar moustache, or a dark brown goatee, and, later in the episode, his face changes to that of the fictional 'King Takshaka'), like he was for the entire G.I. Joe movie (and, I reiterate, Duke - either his 1983 outfit, or his late 1988 Tiger Force repaint, is a much better leader than Matt Trakker).

In the cartoon series, Scott tells T-Bob (and the audience) that he is Matt's son and Matt is his father. So in the cartoon Matt is his real father... Or Matt lied to Scott about being his father... Or Scott was adopted very young and simply believes he is Matt's son. I think the comic books and TV series are alternate universes.

Yes, T-Bob definitely DID hurt the franchise *he* was a part of (as did Scott). There were never such characters (fortunately) in Visionaries.

Spooky! Does anybody know when this episode aired? It seems like it would have been early 1986, the time of the Challenger explosion. Vanessa as an astronaut... she gets to wear quite a few disguises in this series!
