But that should not be the goal. Anyone looking for a live performance that sounds the same as a recording should just listen to the recording really loud at home and pretend there's an audience. It's quite unfair to artists to expect them to recreate a studio performance live. The only reason that's achievable here is she is in a very controlled, studio environment, just not as controlled as a recording studio.

Really impressed by her vocals and the fact that she just stands at the same place but remains entertaining. She has a lot of charisma. Well, first of all, as stated above me, I believe, it does make high notes hard to hit, and if you dont quit, they will become increasingly difficult. Although, the one misconception is, it makes lower notes easier, as well as not being painful. Smoking, gradually over time, will cause your voice to deepen, as well as have a sort of rasp, or "gravel" to it. And, it will also make your voice a whole hell of a lot more quiet, causing you to exert more effort. And on top of that, leads to deterioration of the larynx, as well as cancer, heart disease, strokes, etcetera, etcetera. That ^ is why she sounds different. Yes, she smokes.
