ANSWER: Check my gear, you're welcome ;)* Try not to headbang along these heavy, groovy and brutal riffs! I already created so many genre, beginner, tribute or band related riff lists so that I wanted to do something fun and created this second try not to headbang challenge! Who will pass it? Here are 15 heavy and iconic metal guitar riffs for you guys! We are looking at some true classics such as Pantera, DIO, Metallica, Judas Priest and many more! The choices are again based on some headbanging compilations I watched the past years and on some of your recommendations! Do you enjoy "theme based" riff lists, too? I had lots of fun creating this compilation of riffs and I am sure there are more headbanging riffs you can suggest in the comment ;) Tell me what other riff lists you want to see in the comments below! Also this one features a brand new Ibanez Iron Label guitar from the 2021 lineup, the XPTB620.

In Flames in general is one of the greatest of all time in my opinion, their last 2 or 3 albums haven't been the best, but before that it was all really good and so distinct, no matter which era you look at. I think as Melodic Death goes, they are at the very top of the pyramid with only a small handful of other bands approaching their level.

First off, that axe is SICK!!! It was the first thing I noticed. I'm scratching my head thinking "why the hell does a Jackson have an Ibanez truss cover?"😅 Read the description and mystery solved. Love it, need one! I really appreciated the diversity of the list. Great choices! I passed the test. It took some restraint but I have a compulsion for intently watching people play riffs I don't know. That's what go me through. And lastly you've progressed as a guitarist at an alarming rate. The way you just tore up Ghost Walking inspires me to practice a little bit harder. Great video!🤘

I failed from the very first riff. Sidenote: my favorite riffs are not really headbangers. They're from Iron Maiden - Afraid to Shoot Strangers, and Rhapsody (of Fire) - Dawn of Victory. Simplest riff that makes me headbang though is probably from Dio - Naked in the Rain.
