I always love your videos. Do u have heated seats in your car because if it’s your lower back, but I do I just put the heated seats on and it helps my lower back.your dad looks snappy all dressed up. Love seeing your kids having fun. 😀💚💙🇨🇦

Canada is so much different. I’m in BC. I’ve had back pain for years. Only thing my doctor has ever suggested was physio. Never anything else. Just stretches I can do at home. Back pain is the worst thing ever. I am dealing with on and off back pain. I need a Surgery for my knee where the cushion part of my knee is but it’s taking forever to get it booked.

Jody, I'm so glad you're going for physical therapy and it gives you some relief! I know before insurance would approve anything further for my husband, he also had to go through physical therapy 1st. Great, as always, to see Paw Paw, he looks very dapper all dressed up! Odessa looked like she had a very good time, Theo was adorable missing you while you were at PT, and Leon just melts my heart picking flowers ❤❤❤

Great video as always hope therapy goes well for you Jody I also have back problems from a fall years ago when I injured my tailbone therapy and pain meds help but I still have days when the pain flares up especially when the cold weather comes around so I know what you are going through and I will keep you in my thoughts so your back pain is resolved Mira a.

And mild arthritis in my right knee. So basically something is always hurting. I can manage the back pain for the most part. Some days it hurts to the point getting on and off my bed and couch hurts. My knees always hurt. Canada isn’t good with people needing surgeries for stuff that they don’t consider high need. Even thou my knee even months after I saw the surgeon, it’s like 75% worse and it’s only gunna get worse cuz I love walking. I can walk up to 22,000 steps a day sometimes.

I had sciatica and it is a horrible pain. It starts out like feeling like you have a cramp in your butt cheek. Lol. It shoots down your leg and to your calf and ankle. It's a very distinct pain.

I have mine done every 6 months in my back on both sides they put me to sleep and do it they told me not to do anything for 3 days after I have mine done and do not lift anything over 5 lb if they told me

That honestly was what I was also thinking or maybe weight loss in general, but they said because it's such a specific area and the way the pain radiates, it's compatible with sciatica 🤷‍♀️

Don’t know if you saw my comment on one of your videos but I did mention it could be siatica because that’s what I have and it sounds like the same symptoms I have a chiropractor would not be a good idea it could be dangerous because I was told by one that I could cause paralysis very rare but I chiropractor said to me that might happen if he trys to align my back it might cause paralysis

Leon needs medicine, tube feedings, breathing treatments, etc. So he can't go anywhere without being prepared first (Odessa wasn't prepared and we didn't plan for her to go anywhere but with just her diaper bag she is good to go). As far as Theo he doesn't want to go anywhere he says no

It's a Kia Carnival SX, we actually custom ordered it with additional features and specific colors. They have changed the body style design from the 23 to the 24 so unless there is one for sale from the year 23 you can't get this exact vehicle anymore unfortunately.
