For a yukky tummy, and for kids too, put a bit of clear soda like Sprite in a cup, microwave for a few seconds just to slightly warm it, and then stir it with a spoon until most of the bubbles pop. Then take little sips until your tummy feels better. And FYI, I had morning sickness all through both of my pregnancies! I hope you don't have that! Hang in there. I know you're about to give birth by the time you read this.
