The changes are permanent as long as your lips don't get too dry to the point of splitting. Don't let your lips get too dry. Exfoliate and put vaseline on every night before bed. This works!

I do the apple cider vinegar on a cotton pad and hold it between my lips for 2-3 minutes pressing it into my lips every few seconds, rinse until the tingling is gone then apply vitamin e oil & let it soak in for atleast 20-30 mins 😌

watched your video about apple cider vinegar, and also a KZbinr talked about it. Unfortunately, I could not tolerate the vinegar on my lips. I felt a severe burning, then I gave up on the idea of applying vinegar. I do not generalize my experience, it may suit someone else. For me, it was a burning experience 😅 I just put Vaseline before bed and moisturize my lips throughout the day. Today thank you

Tip, use it in the shower or add 2-3 parts water to 1 part ACV.

It's a "tingle " it's wouldn't severely burn unless you have a cut on your lip ...the tingle is not going to last that long

Yes it changed a lot for me, especially during summer!! Try a lip balm that has SPF too if you don’t like the sunscreen on your lips ☺️☺️

i used acv undiluted on my lips for 2 days and it lightened, but when i continued it for 2 more days (undiluted) the middle of my lips started to get redder then it got darker. do i continue using acv diluted or should i stop for a while

I doubted you. But I tried it and it’s worked!!!!! Listen I have tried everything going to bed with tumeric lips like an idiot. But seriously my lips are healed. I did more than 10 mins and I was fine. I’ve had to use it with lip repair balm so it heals faster

@@bloomy27 one week I saw noticeable results. If you use the healing lip balm it speeds the process. It burns the old skin lol then the new layer comes back but yeah it works as long as you’re not actively smoking

I used to use a.c.v was happy with it, then stept over to ordinary glycolic acid,in the beginning seems to help but after a while I noticed my hyperpigmentation got darker and even worst. So I stopped using it and started using a.c.v again and I see great results. Not going with all the hypes again. I will keep on using a.c.v

Yes for the lips I think ACV is much much better, glycolic acid is way too strong in my opinion! I’m so glad that you’ve seen a difference too!❤️

Be obedient. Use Apple cider vinegar the “Bragg” brand that’s “The other the Mother” the one that is “Unpasteurized”. The one she showed in the video is the one that must and will be used if you want the lips naturally brightened ❤❤❤❤

Yes that’s one of my favourite DIY lip scrubs I use to physically exfoliate my lips, just make sure you hydrate them afterwards x

Exfoliates with a sugar scrub(sugar & olive oil/coconut oil)...apply in a circular motion let sit,rinse off,apply a lip balm...repeat throughout the week...stop licking your lips
