Once again Jungkook has been through another horrific experience within the army therefore, I consider that the perpetrator (senior officer) should be dishonorably discharged for malice aforethought and attempted murder to intentionally cause fatal harm to a fellow soldier as this matter is extremely serious indeed as a criminal offence has been committed within the army compound whereby the perpetrator should receive punitive punishment for his wrongdoing namely a custodial sentence over several years not a fine (should be locked up indefinitely and the key thrown away). Furthermore, I do not understand why a celebrity like Jungkook who has provided a vast amount of revenue for his country and is famous worldwide has been treated in this degrading manner therefore, I consider that Jungkook should be given preferential treatment by relocating to a private hospital to receive specialist care to aid his recovery paid for by the army and also awarded compensation for breach of army procedures and failure to provide due care to a fellow soilder whilst under the jurisdiction of the army as there appear to be breach of health & safety, bullying and victimisation, stress and negligence and breach of contract as a criminal offence namely attempted murder was carried out to inflict a fatal outcome by a senior officer who was under the jurisdiction and auspices of the army who was entrused to carry out his duties responsibly and diligently at the time of the incident and to give due regard to his surbordinate namely Jungkook. The senior officer (perpetrator) is also in breach of army procedures, and given the seriousness of this case, attempted murder was committed. I consider that President Yoon Suk Yeol should intervene again to oversee this case throughout its entirety as there appear to be a fundamental and institutional flaws including transparency within the culture of the army and to ensure procedures of safeguarding for new inturns/soldiers are swiftly implemented to prevent this type of behaviour happening again as there is a case to answer for attempted murder and Discrimination for infanticide causing serious injury to a surbordinate. Due to the foregoing, I am sending God's blessings to Jungkook and family at this point in time. 😊
