JKB | Forklift attachments: quick release system

Especially for the high demanding brick & block industry, JKB developed a quick release system, making it able to rapidly (within 20 seconds!) change between different attachments without getting out of your forklift.
Mechanically locking your (JKB) forklift attachments to the truck and connecting hydraulic lines and electrical wiring. All with one single function, sitting from your chair.
This unit is able to connect 4 hydraulic functions (8 connectors) + multiple wirings, making it a versatile tool to connect any high demanding attachments, such as this JKB Sand Lime block clamp, which is equipped with the following hydraulical and electrical functions:
- Clamping
- Rotating
- Side-shift
- Sliding center of gravity (for partial block packs, such as 1/2 or 1/3 pack)
- Electrical functions ( camera + reducing clamping force on one cylinder)
This system is integrated into the mast of a Linde H80/1100D | 396 forklift, but ofcourse every other (big) truck can be equipped with this JKB quick release system (QRS)
