Those were the days when they were just using the pate and the fale and the true Samoan style of singing.Things were so original. Oh WOW! This is one of my favorite childhood song growing up in Savai'i. Lalo o le Lagi and I've been wanting to teach it to our kids because they've read Treasure Island and I've told them the stoy of Robert Louis and took them to the Museum in Vailima, but I've forgot some of the Samoan words to the song and all of the English version as well. Such a beautiful and sad song, but great memories. I was hoping the Museum had a copy or the words of the songs, but the didn't. Thank you so much to whoever shared this beautiful video.
