That's not even important the problem is Luo's are too democratic and that's what hurt their chances of making it, since the 60s they ought to have learnt that you have to be radical and even go extra mile if you what i mean,,, in order to clinch this seat or else they'll be branded as terrible people in Kenya that only want war, whilst they are the ones being hunted in that retrospect!

One wants to see, and I would be very interested to see how NASA and the lawyers are able to craft and demonstrate on the basis of evidence - not rumor, not conjecture, not drama, not melodrama [but] dry as dust law! ... to demonstrate that there was something untoward and whether they will move the court to determine that the impact of those mishaps was such as to indicate that the will of the people of Kenya was not expressed - because that is the unanimous test. did the will of the people of Kenya as expressed in the vote justify the declaration.

Muthomi Stanley - Form 34A was done at polling center after the count is done and agreed. Each party and or candidate's agent sign the Form 34A and gets a copy. The Form 34B is done at constituency level based on all Form 34As in that constituency. Tallying at national level was mannual and not on basis of electronic transmission and server data. Hacking therefore has no impact on the mannual Forms 34As and 34Bs.
