Yes, Kenya is larger than any of us. Can I ask Prof. Who between Raila and the president is honestly fighting for the larger Kenya? The same argument was there in 2007 and Raila yielded for the sake of kenya. It was also repeated in 2017, and Raila yielded through handshake for the sake of Kenya. Raila’s yielding has perpetuated a corruption in elections which has continued to deny the larger Kenyans we claim to care-for, their democratic right. It is as a result of Raila’s yielding that life is not affordable in Kenya. Prof, why don’t you request the president (he is christian) to consider ordering opening of servers to a-shame the devil. Why not request the president to appoint a committee to urgently review what Raila calls new evidence from whistle blower. I believe if the president confirms that he had less votes, he would just walk out of state without force. He is a christian and law abiding. This truth can’t be revealed without his authority. If the government in office has nothing to hide or fear, it should not wait for mass action. Failing to act , especially on the whistle blowers report, puts most Kenyans in a position to sympathise with azimio, and approve their desperate actions

The two leaders should look before they leap i sympathize for the Kenyans who are already in the streets.I advice Kenyans to keep off from violence and the use of force during these rallies so that it be contained in the level and manner of the constitution. That allows peaceful demonstration. Do not carry any arsenals during these rallies so that the govt and these in security should understand you better. I advice Pm Raila Odinga to tell his supporters to avoid violence and ensure peaceful demonstration. It is the role of opposition to ensure cheques and balances to the govt but everything must be done peacefully. The govt should not be quick to victimize the demonstration until when it is evident that they are truly no demonstrations but a compromise to the countries stability.But the govt should be prepared in advance to neutralise any kind of hooliganism but also protect the peaceful demonstrators and the common citizen. The planned demonstration in Kenya and also South Africa will lead to destruction and bloodshed. The Presidents in these two countries must look at the bigger picture of the citizens in general. Yes, we agree that economies in most African countries are not good. This is the same for my country, Zambia but going for illegal demonstrations is not a solution. We need to find a lasting solution amongst ourselves as Africans. We are not poor. We are very rich as a continent. All these happenings are driven by poverty, unemployment as the major drivers. I still have hope that one day, Africa shall be liberated. God is great!!!!

If I was Ruto - I would have someone like Prof Lumumba always on my side - “fly on the wall” advisor - discrete - at every meeting with the sole purpose of advising on strategies to take the country forward. Prof would be a fantastic “trouble shooter” - “negotiator - “ambassador” per excellence!
