It's great platform for those candidates who can't have access to offline coaching due to their personal or professional reasons. Quintessence records the class lecture and upload the same that is beneficial as per me if I consider myself it has helped me a lot. But what I feel missing that is the interface of mobile application especially offline/download section. Every downloaded video should be stored in seperate folder. For example if I download some lecture from geography, some from history, math. They all gets messed up in downloaded section then it becomes very tough to identify the lecture as most of the lecture's title is like same( eg lec 1, lec 2) it is my humble request to update the interface ( downloaded/ offline section). One more thing is that as we have been promised that our concerns will be rectified in online but i didn't find any section where I can communicate. And the chat section always shows "your comments are turned off ".
