OM = 147 posts only.. There is Horizontal reservation of 21% . 18 % of that gets deducted from OM which means 18% of 669 posts which are about 120 posts.267-120= 147 posts for OM only. I was dropped from previois jkpsi list due to this horizontal reservation . There was 6% horizontal last time
