Hi Malloy! Appreciate your support watching our videos. For folks with small budgets, this is an amazing value. I'm super impressed with the quality and performance of the JLab Go Work Wireless headset for such a low price. I mean compared to the Jabra Evolve2 65 without charging stand at MSRP of $301, the JLab Go Work Wireless at only $49.99...that's HUGE SAVINGS. Of course it's not certified for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc. But if you are on tight budget, and want a good headset with LONG battery life, this is a solid option. www.hellodirect.com/jlab-go-work-wireless-headset

Gen 2?!?! Oh man I’m excited for that! I love this headset and I can’t figure out why it’s not talked about more! The fact it out performs headsets 8 times it’s price is incredible! I’m a fan of flip to mute, but I also kinda like the mute light also… I’m torn in that regard!

Nice review. Pretty good for that price. I guess it does block off some surrounding noise even though is on ear ? How about testing the Jbuds Work over the ear if possible next round ? 😊

Hi Neutral User! I have a whole closet full of JLab solutions to evaluate and demo! We actually used the JLab JBuds Work over the ear headset hooked up to a camera rig. My videographer loved them. I'll be sharing a demo in business settings. And yes, the JLab GO Work provides some passive noise canceling via the speakers. Thanks for watching and the video recommendation! Stay tuned! I got a new JLAB Go Work and people can still hear background noise coming from my mic, is there anything I can do to suppress the noises in the back?
@CallOneInc Жыл бұрын
Hi chao, thanks for watching and submitting your question. The JLab Go Work does a decent job a suppressing background noise. No headset NC mic blocks 100% of background noise. I have found that if I am in a Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or Webex meeting, the built in Noise Suppression AI does a solid job of enhancing the noise canceling. What are you paired/connecting to? Computer? Mobile phone? What voice platforms/applications are you using?

Bought 4 of these and after just a few months of use, 2 of them got microphone issues, it seems like an issue with the swivel of boom as moving the boom up and down causes the disconnection of mic. Really disappointed with JLAB, the build quality seems good but it really isn't. Do not waste your money.

Thanks for sharing! We haven’t heard this. Have you contacted JLab directly? We’ll be sure to share this with them. I’d love to learn more about your use case. What are you using them with? What voice/video platforms? Pairing to mobile and/or laptop?

I used them at my business for taking calls on a PC based calling app. And no I am from a country where they do not have any support. I checked the faulty pieces after your response and it turned out the issue is with the mute button and not the swivel.
@richard_d_bird10 ай бұрын
i had this same issue after a few months with one of these headsets. being prudential (cheap), i'm not inclined to just throw these things out and replace them. i wasn't able to figure out an easy way to disassemble it in a way to get to the swivel mechanism (without risk of breaking it i mean). instead, i enabled the voice feedback feature, so i could hear myself talking through the mike, and "exercised" the book swivel a bit. initially i was trying to figure out what kind of movement was causing the mike to cut out, but after doing this a while i found the issue was going away, and eventually was resolved. i don't know what kind of mechanism is inside the swivel, but from this i'm wondering if it could be using some kind of sliding contact, which could get dirty and cause this kind of loss of connection. anyway the thing is working fine for now, though i will mention the pretty colored rayon inserts inside the earpads came loose while i was unscrewing things and so on and i've discarded those.
