Thanks for this review. I just received a 2nd generation version of this I bought on Amazon. But my background noise is very picked up by the mic. So many people said this was the best one for the mic blocking the background noise.

I have this headset and it seems to be able to connect when dialing out for a MS Teams call, but when I go to receive a call, it isn't connected and I have to turn off then back on to connect the headset again. Have you experienced this difficulty?

Honestly after watching this review I must say that JB lab headphones had a lot of static noise and your voice wasn't loud enough or clear to hear

If your using a laptop and Bluetooth with these headsets you need to turn on the mic option in settings, but if your using it on your phone it shouldn’t be a problem

Bought 4 of these and after just a few months of use, 2 of them got microphone issues, it seems like an issue with the mute button on the swivel of boom as moving the boom up and down causes the disconnection of mic. Really disappointed with JLAB, the build quality seems good but it really isn't. Do not waste your money.

although these are good in performance be aware the right speaker will very easily snap off because perhaps the plastic is of very poor quality. For many people the right speaker has snapped off in a very short time. Handle with great care when putting on and taking off there is an inherent weakness.

Are you using it with Bluetooth or wired? Sometimes Bluetooth doesn’t work well with some computers

You need a special dongle that connects to the audio and mic jack in your laptop, but if your using Bluetooth there’s an option in the settings to use mic

I just used my Go Work headset with a webex connection and everything worked fine, except I could not hear myself in my headphones. The other participants could hear me fine and I could hear them fine. Any idea why I couldn't hear myself?

Greetings. I use Webex, too. You might want to check your audio settings. I'm going off memory, but I think there are 3 audio settings - ring, speaker, and mic. Each have level adjustments, a test button, and a pull down menu to select the source. The source could be USB, 3.5 jack, etc... That may be this issue with not hear yourself. Hopefully that can get your headset working properly. Take care.
