The Monolith near the heli in Pripyat are definitely not always there - I've not been to Pripyat that many times but out of like 10 times I've had them there maybe 3 times. It's good to expect them there but they're not guaranteed to be there at all. They're pretty much guaranteed to be somewhere in Pripyat (except for Palace I mean cause of course they're always in their main base) and they're likely to be near that heli but not always. Also you kinda said some stuff as if the road to Radar was safe in Pripyat but I've fought a Mono squad and a chimera there so be careful it's definitely not completely safe. By the way I don't think you cheesed Heart of the Oasis - you can't actually get it until you make the sparkly gates appear so I'm pretty sure you're supposed to run through all of the things and that's how you know where to run to actually get the thing.

honestly renegades are already a little bit the monolith of the south. They're pretty rare and when you do meet them they have pretty good gear for the area they're in, at least compared to bandits

25:19 we see that one coming, lately since the update, the renegades had better equipment than the bandits, and even P90 with them, the P90 was a gun so rare even in the north, anyway, this decision of the "monolith of the south" doesn't fit with this faction lore, these guys didn't even have a base .

Mostly in letters. Ukrainian uses some letters similar to Latin alphabet. For example. Ukrainian I is similar to normal i. But Russians use и И.
