5/5 🎉 I didn't get to register for the N4 this year 😢 but I think since it's a year and a half before I can take the test I'm just going to study for the N3 and try for that December '24

Sorry you missed the registration deadline. I barely made it this time. I was surprised to see it in some areas they have brought back the July testing as well as December. Maybe you can double-check the jlpt website to see if there are any sites testing in July of 2024 so you don't have to wait an entire year. I missed last year and I was very sore about it. 😩

The listening is by far my weakest skill. I passed N5 last year, but only just scraped past the listening. In comparison, kanji are easy for me. I already know at least 300. Maybe I should focus more on listening and speaking for a while 😅

Only 2 correct... I understand everything but that's logic questions not language 😢 Also the last one I got it correct but why he said "let's buy wine" and then he said no about wine glasses because the husband doesn't drink alcohol? 😂 Wine for wife is ok , but glass wine is not ok because the husband doesn't drink 😂 what's the logic in here 😅 The most difficult is the one of searching part time job. I said is the 3rd, but it was the 2nd because '日本語わからなかったら" so he first need to search at school and THEN ask to her to search on magazine .. but even with translation for me is correct 2 and 3 at the same way 😢

The first one was really difficult for me. I thought シャツ was a T-shirt. I didn't understand they were speaking about the shirt under the uniform. And I didn't understand that the second photo was the uniform without the top suit x) The other one was prettry easy to understand but you probably didn't choose difficults one I suppose.

Am I the only one who finds these listening sections the hardest of the whole JLPT test? The speech is so fast and the long verbs with tenses and negatives are so hard and fast with smal って-sounds. I have my N4 this Sunday and when the listening section comes I am already very tired. Now, I get the answers when reading along. I know you should listening for keywords but even these are hard to catch. Any advice when a conversation is played I hardly understand?
