Don't get discouraged. Progress is almost never linear. You're building a strong foundation for the Japanese language in your brain. It will start to click and your progress will skyrocket. Just keep it up and remember to have fun- language learning is a lifelong journey and it is worth all the effort. 頑張ってください

You can do it! I know it's hard, but that just means you've identified something you can really improve! Think of it this way... You've just found something you've been missing that is going to really help you learn. 👍 It's not that you're efforts have been wasted, it's just that you had a blind spot. Now that you know it exists you can tackle it in the same way you have tackled other things.

In the conversation the female speaker said : あそこに　ぼうしを　かぶっている　(おとこのひと)が　ありますね。その　人と　はなしている　ひとは　たなかさんです。 That's why the right answer is 4.

I agree with you! even though the script says that Yamada is the "person with glasses speaking next to the person wearing a hat", there's two people with the same description.

In number 6, Sensei asked what you did yesterday (kinou), she said, she had meal and sang but couldn't study or buy books. Then Sensei says, today (kiyou) do study, because Ashita (tomorrow) exams will begin. she said okay. hence answer is 4.

Answer to question number 7 @7:57 is incorrect. The answer says no.4 is the answer but that person is not wearing hat hence that person cannot be Yamada-san. The answer must be no. 2.

They said, Yamada-san is the person talking to the person in hat (boshi), Yamada san herself is wearing glasses (megane).
