So does this mean that Hama (and essentially whoever rat the time owns publishing rights) is allowed to use any character(s) introduced in or during the Devils Due run? I’m just curious because there were both several new Joes and Cobras introduced and it seems that Hama isn’t willing (or allowed to ) feature them?!
