My last car was black, I was in awe when it was super clean, like glass. But my god it broke my heart finding every small mark on the clear coat. My next car is white, maybe black again some day when I have more time on my hands to give it the care it needs

Yes I totally agree! Black cars look great when they’re all clean and polished. However they do seem to show marks and scratches a lot easier which is a shame. White is definitely a good choice though 👍🏼

I have a new black model 3. Was looking into that gyeon primer and see they sell it in 2 sizes, 120mL and 1000mL. 120mL enough for this job do you think?

Hi, cheers for getting in touch. Yes, so from our experience we would expect to be able to do a full car with a 120ml bottle. However it does depend on how much product you plan to use on the pad. Hope that helps 👍🏼

Great video! Would you recommend using iron remover for the whole vehicle, or do you find there's too much risk to staining plastic trim?

Thank you very much Kevin! So it very much depends on which iron remover you use. From experience we’ve not had an issues with staining on plastic trim. That being said we would certainly be more careful with older vehicles. Hope that helps 👍🏼

Thanks for asking! Sure, so on this particular vehicle used Gyeon Tar & Glue remover for the decontamination process. I hope that helps 👍🏼

Thank you for getting in touch! Sure, so we've used Gyeon Primer in a lot of recent videos due to the type of cars we've had in. For example the paint on this Tesla was quite soft therefore Primer was sufficient enough to refine the scratches. For a car more weathered with harder paint we would certainly recommend something like Gyeon Compound. Ultimately it depends on the type of car and it's condition. Hope that helps! 👍🏼

Can i ask a question? Why do you apply a coating before the paint correction and ceramic coating process? I thought it would be better if the car is not coated before doing paint correction and ceramic coating.

Sure, no problem! Thank you for getting in touch. So the reason why we apply the hydrophobic coating after washing is simply just to make the drying process easier. We’ve found that applying the coating causes no issues once we start polishing. Hope that helps 👍🏼

Why spray on a coating if you’re only going to polish it off?

I’m assuming it makes life easier to blow dry the car fully without having to pull the drying towels out, use and clean afterwards etc

@@JayGatsby187 Sounds counter productive if you have to spend extra time polishing it off. I’m sure it isn’t hours added but it’s still additional time.

It’s all good… but why not take off the wheel covers and actually properly clean those and clean the alloy wheels? I do it on my Tesla every few washes

Thank you very much for the comment. So the wheels were eventually ceramic coated (later in the process). It was therefore easier to clean each wheel individually once removed from the car. Hope this helps 👍🏼
