Figma figures are made in 1/12th scale exactly. I'm not exactly sure what scale Kaiyodo's figures are made in, but all Revoltech figures are slightly taller than their Figma counterparts.

Sick review man! For MHA figures, I'm definitely going with the AY line as they have such a dynamic look to them. (Which is fantastic for stop motions.) I plan on getting the Revoltech Todoroki, Bakugo, All Might, Endeavor, and the upcoming Hawks soon since my Deku is super fun to pose around with haha. It would be be great to get the other AY characters you mentioned as well as Uraraka, Mina, Momo, or just all of class 1-A in general. Idk why we haven't yet lol. Especially Iida, Uraraka, Froppy, Momo, and Mina since they're more mainstream than the rest.

Agreed, I hope AY keeps this line going for a long time, we'll need more characters from them since figma is unlikely to continue theirs. Maybe AY just likes to make adult characters that's why their focusing ln the pro heroes right now, or idk, but really hope they give us more! Really cool review! I like how you use the stop motions and the comparison with the figma figure was nice to see. Agree that they should've made him taller than Bakugo and the accesories added a bit more but still the design looks great and fits well with the rest of the AY line. Hopefully the upcoming cons Kaiyodo tries to show what they have in store, i know for sure they might show a finish Hawks figure since supposely he will be release this year(have my doubts on that) but hopefully they try to show what they will have for next year, i think they might show a student either Ochako or Kirishima and an adult, Probably Aizawa. Overall very fun review, i enjoyed watching it ^^

Great review, very detailed. I think ppl are kinda lenient on figma figures sometimes. The articulation are usually not that great and they're too expensive for what they offer. But talking specifically about Todoroki, I think it's just plain bad. I understand the argument of "it's based on his early appearence at the start of the show", I just disagree with it. Figma Todoroki looks like he's 10 years old and hasn't worked out one day in his life. Do you guys remember how he looked when he fought Deku very early in the series??? He already packed quite some muscle. I do agree with the fact that Revoltech didn't quite nail the face sculpts, probably because the eyes aren't far apart enough. Also he should have been taller. But that's it. Otherwise very solid.
