When are low season months in Boracay. It sounds like all hotels are expensive. Hotel owners should consider that most people have airfare to worry about and transfer fees. I live in manila. If this is the case, I don't think I'll visit Boracay anytime soon unless it's a low season or there's some sort of promo rates on hotels and airfares.
