How do you feel about Kula in 15 so far?

Weaker than XIV Kula in my opinion but I think she's still pretty solid. Falling Snowman could be better. I wouldn't mind some buffs. I'm working on a Kula tutorial for XV right now actually, so I hope to have that out soon.
