Last place can get MVP as well in football for example if you lose a game 3:2 but you scored both goals, had the most passes and key passes, most set pieces, most dribblings (succesfull) (Those stats are always monthly amd there have been many cases where bottom tier players got MVP cause they were better than anyone else in the league in that month. Learn what MVP is before you wanna sound smart.

Bro the Casters logic was perfect. A team who never wins, got number 1, and won 2 games (I believe). They didi something nobody imagined. You have to give MVP to the top player of that team. Remember, in most sports, MVP is awarded to the player that contributes the most to the results of the team.

In this case, I think team results should be considered. YUP was/is one of the worst teams in PL. Even after the W, they are 21st. In this particular PL match, Doop led his team to a W in one of the most stacked lobbies. His performance (not comparing stats) led them to a W. I do not understand how that concept is so hard to grasp. Personally, I think having MVPs for this small of a win is stupid. MVP for Splits makes sense but individual match days is just brain dead. Nevertheless, teams like TSM and Falcons are predicted to win every week yet they fell short by points. I do not believe hal or evan deserved MVP for this particular match day. Yup won 2 games, one of which was game 6 and was what they needed to secure 1st place over the TSM and Falcons. MVP performance by Doop in my opinion.

If Dia (Commentator) is in charge of selecting the MVP then it’ll never be Hal or will make a lot of sense. Hal and Evan had almost double the amount of kills as Dooplex with Hal almost reaching 7k damage. Yup was definitely the best team of the day technically by winning. But Dooplex was not the Match Day MVP. There was probably 10x more players that had equal if not better stats than him. I’d bet that if VikkiKitty was selecting MVP it would’ve went to Hal or Evan. 💯

So the whole mvp thing...here what i think: at this point in hals career he is looking to et alot of records ie most championship won (moving to play w/ zero&gen), most mvps(reason for his comment), most damage/kills (reason he moved to fragger roll), and im sure there are others he has in his head...but i think this is were he is, he doeent just want to be the face of alex now he wants to be the face that is chased and others are compared to in the future 🤷🏾‍♂️🧐

It's crazy to have such clear cut data or just how drastic the difference between MnK and controller is and we haven't received a single update from respawn to address it. Shameful. I'd also point out that at this point, the people remaining on MnK on apex legends are not just a random assortment of players. MnK players still on MnK for Apex Legends are people who are exceptional players sticking it out. People who have thousands of hours of practice and aim training just so they can under-perform some child sitting on their couch with a roller and a strike pack. It's a disaster and it's absurd that respawn and EA haven't even attempted to address the issue. I would say that they don't need to go hard and they could just do little 1-season or bi-seasonal updates making small tweaks, and then just watch to see how it plays out before making more adjustments so they don't wildly over or under shoot changes. But frankly at this point I think fair is fair. They should just remove Aim Assist all together and then we can go the next 5 years with controllers averaging 0.5kd and MnK players averaging 1.75kd. And then when controller players come to complain in comment sections or on reddit all the MnK players can just respond with "cope", or "just switch to MnK" or "I don't see an issue here" or "git good". Fair is fair.

I say for E-Sports and especially if it is only through six games. the team that wins gets the player that wins the MVP. Losers don't get "MVP Awards" they get "Participation Awards". I understand that players might have better stats but didn't place well. That is the price you play when you can't lead your team to victory. Team game!! Lead your team to wins that is the main goal, then enjoy the awards that come with it. Easy as that! Now if this was stats taken from the full season (lots and lots of games) then I would say the guy with the best stats win or lose is the MVP. I have said this before and it's just my opinion (same as above) I feel aim assist is a big contributor to why the cheating is so bad in Apex. Unfortunately, I quit playing because of it but I still enjoy watching the pro's play since that is the closest this game will come to watching players that aren't cheating.
