Enrique oljsd lol don't be a dick. I've been to over 100. These performances are different. They are curated, well prodiced, live in studio performances for the purpose of highlighting the artist, hence the colored background. My point is they always nail it when they have an artist on their channel and I appreciate it. Alot of the time they'll have an artist I've never heard of and ill listen to the studio version AFTER i hear this version and it just doesn't compare. that's my opinion

I agree, and in the case of this song, it’s not just post-prod. It’s literally everything. The instrumentation, the production, the lack of BG vocals, even the arrangement itself. It’s all different from the original studio version. I dunno about other COLORS shows, but I know this one in particular is almost like a completely different version of the original studio recording of this track.

This may be one of the only performances that have completely floored me. Not saying the other artists who've been featured here lack skill because I respect their philosophies and theories of what great music is. That alone is super dope. But JMSN sticks out simply because they aren't trying to do anything different. This is is pure, unadulterated amazing music sans the digital instruments, crazy sound effects, etc. Again, I'm not saying the other artists lack in anything. These guys are to music as Shake Shack is to burgers. Simple product executed with perfection.
