Theres this really good tip for team rating to be higher...basically just put the sub bench in order of rating from highest to lowest :) hope it helps

If the top bit of colour on the choices is brown you'll get sick players, then dark blue they're all quite good and it gets worst as it gets lighter

Whenever u get normal or inform Ronaldo as your captain you should always leave him, if you don't pick him u tend to get 95 Ronaldo on the bench/reserves like u did there, it works for me nearly every time
