Check out dna mutation regarding transient receptor potential channels. Recently discovered is a genetic mutation of TRPA1 that causes cramp fascicular syndrome and small fiber neuropathy. Another example is the role of TRPV4 in coronary artery disease as it affects endothelial cells that break their bonds in the endothelial monolayer; on monocytes that become inflammatory M1 macrophages that release reactive oxygen species and other cytokines and then phagocytize the oxLDL to become foamy macrophages and enter the break in the endothelial monolayer, and how TRPV4 also causes osteoblasts to become osteoclasts and break down bone leading to osteoporosis.

I Bought the DNA test and its so far being 90 day ,after the company received my DNA and Ive contacted customer service multiple times with NO REPLAYS , i think Ive being ripped off ??
