Pretty good song but "Olympic Fanfare" from the 1984 games is the greatest of them all and "Reach" by Gloria Estefan for the 1996 games were just more inspiring. This song just sounds more melancholy and somber. I would not be using a song like this, for instance, to inspire me when working out. like the ROCKY theme "Gonna' Fly Now".
@Jnglez5 ай бұрын
Those songs are beautiful indeed! No, our song is probably not the typical 'workout-song', there is music which fits better for this. Our aim was to focus on a journey of the athletes from failure to success, from the desires and dreams to become better than the rest, to become the best. That's an emotional journey, we all can relate to and that's how we structured the song, yes it's melancholic at the beginning but we tried to make it opens up at the ending and to make it inspiring and epic which is the theme of the Olympics. We're sorry that it didn't work out for you and we couldn't get to your emotions and get you inspired, but we thank you for your honest and polite feedback🙏

Who said they wouldn’t watch the Olympics in Paris "because of the opening ceremony", they just don’t like sports, I'm sure they are more into politics and fault-finding. Or maybe they are victims of cheap anti-French/anti-West propaganda, eh? Guess where it's coming from. This may be the case. I'm sure some flaws in the opening ceremony just can't overcome the thrills of the sport events at the Olympics. The opening ceremony went for about 4 hours with 80% really good and impressive things to see (only certain things were ugly and not accepted by people of good taste), and, on the other hand, the sport competitions are going for 16 days with NOTHING of that stuff you guys are complaining about! Come on, see the hard-working athletes, their great efforts, their joy and despair, their smiles and tears. I'm not a sports fan, but I daily enjoy watching the athletes compete so much! No, you guys can't be serious saying you are boycotting the Olympics. That's an offence to all the athletes, who don't really care about the opening ceremonies but work solely on their achievements. Teddy Riner, Remco Evenepoel, Armand Duplantis, Viktor Axelsen, Keely Hodgkinson and so many other wonderful athletes, black or white, in different sports at this Olympics... I have no words to explain how much joy they are giving to all spectators who love sports. Thank you France and thank you, all the athletes and organizers of the Olympics in Paris! That's the real festival of sports and human abilities. Stay in your fault-finding if you wish, but I won't. The athletes spend years and years for training and sacrificing everything for the Olympics, and here you are saying you don't care... What a shame.

😶Who's saying "I don't care about the Olympics"?
@nord28004 ай бұрын
@@Jnglez No, no. The song is great! My comment wasn't for you but for those who have been writing only bad things about the opening ceremony and saying they wouldn't watch the Olympics and would boycott it. There are way too many negative comments on KZbin about the opening ceremony, so I just tried to say something against that. The Olympics is always a wonderful event.
@Jnglez4 ай бұрын
Ah ok, got ya now😊. Yeah we agree on that almost in everything you said. But we also understand that those big events brings often sacrifices with them and that some critiques are not completely wrong. But you're right, make the critics before the event, boycott them if you want. But when it's starts, then just let it be, and let the participants and people enjoy!
