My parents when something happens they wouldn't speak to me for as long as they would stay mad it could go on for days I wish they would have sent me in a chair and not speak for me for 3 minutes and have a heartbreak for 3 minutes and not three days

Jo taught me how to be a mom before I even thought I wanted kids! I am SOOO grateful for that show because my kids are so amazing and we have mutual respect with each other and open dialogue constantly in our home...I didn't realize I was doing all her methods when they were toddlers until re-watching these episodes and I can vouch 100% it WORKS!!! I’ve been watching it since I was around 12-13 And to be honest, back then I had a lot of behavioral issues and most of the issues were actually caused by my autistic spectrum disorder and ADHD. I actually watched the episodes because I was interested in the kid’s behavior and not gonna lie, learning the stuff that Jo taught parents sort of helped me to be a better kid and now as a 17 year old in high school, I barely have any issues with behavior! Jo is such a wonderful person and I’m so glad she still does this show because it still helps me improve myself! Thank you Jo!! We love you! 😄💜

If his friends annoys him or anyone else does or hits him...he continues to kick them or hits them back? He has been warned from school he could be suspended due to this. We dont have many luxuries at home or tv and they dont hv mobile phones etc as i believe one to one activities are the best. My 11 year old was the same as him but worse....its tiring. I have a 2 year old n 6 to raise too. My husband is always busy but his discipline is shouting. I feel my sons are picking up their fathers lack of empathy n taking it out on kids in school.

I really wished that our mom and dad had called Supernanny for help because really feel like if they had done that back then that my younger brother Patrick might still be here today my younger brother Patrick passed away from a heart attack in his sleep from a alcohol overdose on August 2nd 2020 he was just 28 years old when he passed away 😢💔 I was born 2 months early and I was not expected to survive after I was born and then after my brother Patrick two years later I feel like he was jealous of me because I've never been able to walk my whole life and I will never be able to walk by myself at all I've been wheelchair-bound since I was two and a half years old I really feel like my brother was jealous of that a lot we miss him a lot

I grew up with supernanny on my TV however my parents were still a open hand pants up spanking type household when that no longer worked because pain becomes easy to ignore the relied on their loud voices. At times they would attempt to time out but they admitted they forgot we were in the other room on more than one occasion so we sat there for possibly an hour waiting to be released. Before having a little for myself I would have been super nanny so that I would have some form of blueprint on how to raise a child without neglecting or harming them. As far as I'm concerned supernanny was our first glimpse into gentle parenting

I had to babysit my siblings my entire life so I never really wanted my own kids but ended up with one. He was a pretty good kid until he hit around 15 years old. But , I wish I had seen super nanny when he was younger and maybe avoided his acting out in later years. He’s 44 now and has health issues but he still tries and has issues. I realize I mostly chose the wrong man to have a child with which made most of his mental struggles.

I watched jojo as a child I was such a huge fan. Still am. I loved her shows I still watch her since I was 4 now I’m 23 with my own kids and family. ❤

Sometimes I've read criticisms of Jo that focus on the 'naughty chair' side of it. But far more of her input is to get creative activity going so families have fun together and kids get age appropriate challenges

I am a big fan of Jo frost 14 years old watching her everyday. She is a beautiful young lady and I would love to be like her when I get older. I would be so excited if I ever got the chance to meet her one day.

One of her episodes teach not to show kids attention when they go to bed. Just to put them back to bed and ignore their screams for attention. I used that and my daughter goes to bed very easily now.
