Jo Malone is marketed as Cologne or Cologne Intense. Cologne is actually the term for a very light concentration of perfume oils, usually 2 to 4 percent, that is cut with more alcohol and lasts only for a few hours. These are great to spritz on and freshen up, but not for all-day, lasting wear. Jo Malone is technically an expensive cologne with beautiful scents so for people looking for longevity this is not for you.

My orange blossom can last 3 days on clothing and 1 whole day on skin without strong projection but my myrhh and tonka can last 1 whole day on skin and projects up to 8+ hours and stays on my jacket for 4-5 days before it dies down

I love so many but my absolute favorite is mimosa and Cardamom, then English pear and freesia, Wild Bluebell, peony and blush suede and Wood sage and sea salt.

Yeah- all those are my favorite too. I just ordered the dry oil Dark Amber and Ginger Lilly. I think it would be something I would like. 🤷‍♀️

I love Jo Malone fragrances. My favorites are Honeysuckle & Davana, Dark Amber& Gingerlily, and Blue Agava & Cacao, and Tuberose Angelica. Those are all in my opinion very long lasting scents.

Great review! My favourite is honey suckle and davana especially during dry and humid season. I’m really curious on what velvet rose and oud smells like but I’d rather want to try it on and see if it blends well on my skin, some fragrances just don’t work for me , if it makes me dizzy it has to go

I LOVE so many Jo Malone scents! My faves are Nectarine and Honey Blossom, Red Roses, Velvet Rose & Oud, Bluebell (but I find this one of their weakest scents, so I layer with body creme), Poppy and Barley. Still need to pick up Jasmine and Sambac, and haven't tried Blackberry & Bay yet. Don't care for Orange Blossom, and Honeysuckle & Davana.

I went to an outlet makeup and perfume store today and I got a 100 mil osmanthus blossom for $70 😭😭 I couldn’t believe it. And they gave me a trail lotion body wash and perfume of peony and blush suede too like whattt. They have probably 15 of their fragrances total but I picked the first one I fell in love with. Definitely going back

Great video! You are gorgeous! Ah I love me some JM Blue Agava and Cacao! I thought it wasn't going to come back into stock so I went to an Etsy shop who specializes in perfume oils and she had an impression of the JM Blue Agava and Cacao (her shop name is Lulu & Bee) and I have a FULL size of the oil and when I got the REAL thing after it came back into stock, I loved it but noticed I couldnt smell much cacao. I prefer the oil lol, So I just layer the oil and cologne. Very artsy/bohemian vibe, that fragrance has, and I'm all about that. As an aside, I also love Lime Basil and Mandarin. 😁

I’m 4 months later watching this. Girl I just bought Myrrh & Tonka but I kinda felt like I bought it at the wrong time since this fragrance is definitely not a hot summer fragrance. Great for date night layered with other sultry fragrances. I’m thinking of switching to Mimosa & Cardamon or buy both with wood sage & salt which is perfect to wear right now. I love Jo Malone and own the Peony & Blush Suede fragrance. However, my experience is that the cologne has poor staying power and sillage for a high-end cologne particularly at its price point. Does the fragrance cream help or is it also lightly scented? If the cream does assist with staying power, I will consider purchasing. What are your thoughts?

Jo Malone is a niche Cologne. Cologne doesnt really lasts long because it has low concentration of perfume oils so if you are looking for longevity Jo Malone is not for you.

Just an FYI French Lime Blossom is available for a limited time online as part of their archive collection (at least on the Canadian site anyway) along with some of their other discontinued scents! Their fragrances are so exquisite I honestly can’t pick a favourite. Thanks for the review!
