question: Do you ever get anxious while animating on the computer? if so, what do you do to fix it? also, thanks for uploading. your content is great.

mickeynotmouse I'm generally an anxious person and recording myself while I work amps that up a bit. There's no trick with it- you just have to decide if you're going to allow yourself to do what you aim to do and be kind to yourself even if you're disappointed with the results.

"Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response" which doesn't tell you much. Basically it's when a person uses their voice or an object to induce a meditative/relaxing (tingling) feeling . Such as writing/drawing/rubbing etc.
