That stream was a particular favorite of mine! I remember at the end of it feeling like I could sort of draw! Unfortunately I did all the color offline so I had to redo it for the Speed Draw- shh! Don't tell nobody. ;)

Yknow this art style also kind of reminds me of this random animated movie I watched as a kid called The Adventures of Tomb Thumb and Thumbelina 😁 I think it might just be because of the scene where Thumbelina wears a dress and puts her hair up half way through the movie lol cause she kind of looks like Lydia here imo

Have you ever seen Cats Don’t Dance? If you haven’t, I have a feeling the art style and animation is something you’d really like and I always love to see more fan art of it because it’s one of my favorites 🥰 Danny and Sawyer are one of my favorite animated couples everrrr lol

Lydia Deetz, the original Perky Goth in my book. Finding this let me to search for the series and I found out that Prime Video has it playing on their On Now section so I don't have to pay for the digital series. Physical all the way.

As a kid, I had no idea there was a movie. when I found out the cartoon was based on this movie, I went into expecting a fun-loving prankster named Beetlejuice and his best friend Lydia... I was...confused for a while.
