Though this was published three years ago, I haven't said anything about this performance until now. This just knocks me out! Not that live recordings from Joan Chamorro don't do that most of the time... Everything about the arrangement is superior to all the others I've heard - this band swings better than the best of Swing's heyday! Eva's solo is stunning - as she begins that sweet solo, she transports me to a club like Rick's from Casa Blanca or perhaps another movie filmed in Marrakech. And I only know Morocco from old black and white movies. This is both updated and is as modern as any composition from Andrea, Joan Marti or Marçal, but brings us back to an era before any of us were born. This is absolutely superb!

Another of those great jazz songs that is a "standard", yeah, but with so many possibilities! Joni Mitchell's great version from 2 decades ago had a slower tempo with quite a diffent feel, and Eva's is faster and livelier. Love it!

Bueno, ya ha llovido desde ésto, pero no estoy de acuerdo con la mayoría de la peña que comenta. La producción fue exquisita y la sección rítmica estuvo impresionante, pero Eva ese día debía estar pensando en su novio: recita la letra cómo si fuera la lista de la compra, no te la crees, te pones luego una versión de Billie Holiday y se te caen dos lágrimas. O no estaba inspirada, o no se lo había preparado bien.
