Great video! Proper digestion also means better mood. I have gut problems from time to time and it is really bad for overall well-being. Yesterday I was really worried because I couldn't even digest a carrot properly. I want to give another important tip. Relax more often! When I am stressed out during some time period my digestion is dying. This week I was worried about some project of mine and it really affected my guts.

Breakfast: Fruits / Bowl with cereal and milk (vegan milk and cereal) / Toasts with sweets that you like: marmalade, peanut butter, jelly, etc / Coffe or cocoa (check the ingredients of the coffe you buy to see if it is vegan) with vegan milk if you want / Etc. Lunch: Rice / Pasta / Potatos with a vegan sauce (there's all types of vegan sauces that are great and easy to make) or any types of grains (beans, chickpeas) and lots of veggies, make a very big portion so you won't crave for sweets. Dinner: Anything "unhealthy" that you like, for exemple, vegan pizza, lasagna with lots of veggies on your choice, and desserts of your preference (oreos are vegan, vegan ice cream if you find at your local store, vegan cake, you get it), eat all the "unhealthy" things that you crave for and how much you desire. Yeah, to Americans it does look a bit strange. Our washer and dryer are typically in a separate area....laundry room, basement, garage, etc. It's always interesting to see how people in different countries do normal, everyday things.

Queen, It has a round window in the front. If you look closely, you'll see that there is a latch/handle on the right side of the silver rim of that window. That would be a bit difficult to load and unload dishes. It's a washing machine. It's not unusual for Europeans to have the washing machine in the kitchen. Google "washing machine in kitchen" , then click on IMAGES, and you will see plenty of examples.

I wish videos were more "5 healthy foods to nourish your body" instead of "5 foods for a flat tummy." We, especially women, should focus on appreciating our bodies, and give it the correct nutrients to be healthy instead of making a flat tummy be the goal. This is why females, young to old, are so self conscience about their bodies-- because this video encourages having a flat tummy.. I think we have our priorities out of line, here.

a bloated and big belly\tummy indicates digestion problems. thats why the title of the video talks about how a healthy tummy looks like. looking at the body often tells what is wrong with it and no, we dont need to accept that our body is unhealthy. there are people out there who genuinely try and live better lives, have a healthier body because that is their priority. if anything, saying that we are good as we are is the worst thing to say. we always need to be getting ahead and bettering ourselves.

Thank you for so many great and interesting tips! I have learned a lot from it :) However I would just kindly point out that I have read that cinnamon can be very dangerous in even small amount, so please limit it it not more then 1/4 th a small spoon a day to be on the safe side, and even less for kids. I guess it is also a good idea to not eat it every day. Another one which was not mentioned in this video is a spice called muscat. Very good but very dangerous. For that one it is not recomended more then half a tablesppon in a dish and even less for kids! I love the taste of cinnamon and nutmeg my self, so I am sorry to tell you this, but I just want to help :)

The problem I have is that I have irritable bowels and fiber irritates my bowels a lot When I was put on a crones disease diet, I did much better but there was very little fiber and all the food was very bland... I have gotten off that diet but as my fiber increases, I start having more and more digestive problems. :( People keep telling me to eat fiber to lose bellyfat but that simply wont be the way I lose bellyfat... It makes me bloated and tired and have bad poop... Also eating less is also not the way I lose weight. Eating more is the way I have been losing weight. I am eating 3X what I was before and I have lost almost 50 pounds doing that.

Do you take probiotics? I know that can help a lot with digestive issues. Fermented foods, drinking lots of water are awesome. Also there are certain exercises you can do to improve your digestion. sounds to me like leaky gut ..you should look into the gaps diet. it focuses on healing and sealing your gut lining hence why you have ibs ..you will find you keep getting new sypntoms and your health will become worser if you dont do anything thing about the leaky gut...docs dont know shit .also fibre is really irrating to your gut when it is leaky and it will only cause more inflammation. .i highy recommend you but the gaps diet book ..look online leaky gut ...or even the specific carbohydrate diet..hope this helps.
