I have a funny story which reminds me of your pink light globes.. We lived on a corner block and I had a friend who lived futher down the street who worked nights. One day he rang me and said, buddy every night I drive past your house at 3am as I go home... Why do you have a red light in your front room??? Is there something your up to of a night?? I really had to think about it.... It was the heat lamp on my pet snake tanks that glow red..... I the next day moved those tanks to back room......lol. As always a pleasure to watch you both xx

I use spray mod podge a lot of the time (especially on scrapbook paper I print at home). It helps to keep the colors from bleeding all over the place. A quick spray over these hearts would help.

Your projects are always SOO PRETTY! 😍 I did mine this way before and I got a TON of molds out of the mixture! At one point, I put a little TOO much corn starch and it was way too hard and rubbery to obtain all the intricacies from the object. I had to throw away some of the mixture I had made. 🙁 So, it's important to do a small amount at a time if making little pieces. I want to try the recipe with the soap and water next.

Hi Joann and Eric! Greetings from Florida! My question is after you remove the real Oreo from the corn starch dough and it dries. Do you cut the remaining dough away with a knife to get the round cookie shape( because it’s sitting in a wall of dough) I hope you understand what I’m asking. Hi Sweet Friend, You let the mold dry completely and then remove the cookie. Leave the mold alone, no cutting needed, it will be just fine. Thanks for watching, appreciate you so much!!

I'm kind of confused about the silicone, since we started with one kind but moved to the other when it was too hard. What's the bottom line? To make sure it's waterproof and 100% silicone? To make sure it's clear? All of the above? Should I stick to the one you linked?

Hello Sweet Friend, Sorry for the confusion, I apologize. The one I started with was 100% waterproof silicone, but it was left out in the shop and it was very cold overnight and it was a brand new tube, it was difficult to get it to flow freely. The one I used to make the mold had been in my studio where it was warm. I did not start with that one first because I was afraid I did not have enough left in the tube for the video. Yes, I recommend the one linked. I think you can use the white one, I am going to try it as well and let everyone know. I am now addicted to making molds. It's a little messy, but easy and fun to make. Appreciate you!!

Hello Sweet Friend, Thanks for watching, appreciate you so much. Yes, I am using air dry clay. I put my molds with the clay in the freezer for a bit because it is so easy to take out of the mold. It does not stick or get disfigured. Thank you for asking I will explain on my live video.

Hey Friend, What, you make candles, I love candles, LOL!! I know that they work with resin but I have not tried them with wax to be honest. My Honeeito (Hubby) says that it is just like a silicone mold that you can pour wax in to. It should probably work. I will have to try it. Thank you for asking

For the white I use modelite or crayola brand clay and for the colored, I've been using clay from Designs from Yanira. You can find her on FB, she is so nice, you can message her. Hello Sweet Friend, I give the mold an hour to cure, and the item just comes out when you pull the sides back. It is easy and fun, a little messy, LOL!!
