You make great points. Being betrayed by a parent really chips at your heart. I imagine if that betrayal involves your parents abandoning you for a man or woman is extremelyyyyyyyy hard to get over. Wow! Good point, I did not realize she was a life coach. She must give terrible advice if she thinks lying to your children about important life milestones is a good idea. What I don't get is - what was the point of telling them now? They have already done the damage, why not just keep lying and then pretend to get married now, and include the kids this time. I think it would have done less damage for the kids honestly.

Children are not like adults, they don’t say “congratulations” immediately when you drop a bombshell like that on them. Children are curious and they most probably will have questions, now it’s just a matter of time of how their mother will answer their questions. It doesn’t seem to me that her husband is too keen on her two boys living in Ireland with them so the ex husband is definitely going to have full time custody in the US. I think the eldest son will definitely become a father figure to his younger brother and I wouldn’t be surprised if he decides to be in no contact or at least limited contact with his mum.

They are so selfish and her poor boys when they find out she is abending them. I never jude but I can not ever with these two, My heart hurts for her boys. If they turn on her it is her own fault. Their father should get full custody. Because that is emotional abuse. They are going to need therapy for this for years and she does not seem to care, they laugh about it and it is not funny.

I hope in the next episode they give her a reality check of how this affects them. They love their mom and I believe she loves them and this was a huge mistake that they can overcome depending on the choices she makes from this moment.

It was hard for me to let my kids be gone for a month in the summer time when they were kids. They parents are being selfish. Not considering their kids. I could not imagine keeping something from my daughters an half of hour and they are grown.

Relocating would be out of the question for both since they both co parent with their exes. Plus why keep it a secret for two years,they should have told the kids asap.
