It's a bloody shame that I've only seen her live once so far 'cause she IS the real deal. 🤘😎

Woww! What an amazing display of rock solid blues guitar playing with the added touch of Joanne's amazing style. She is in my opinion the Queen Of The Blues. This incredible talent is second to one. I don't think I have ever heard anyone that flows tone and tempo quite like this highly skilled young phenom. It is pure pleasure to both watch and listen to Joanne Shaw Taylor burn up the stage.

Joanne Shaw Taylor - Watch 'Em Burn I never knew that words could hit so hard You let them fall like rain ‘Cause I have come so far treading water To drown me again Well don’t you dare to doubt the shape I'm in Or where my life has been Cause when it comes my time I'm gonna shed this skin You say I'm tangled in And I hold my head high and the tides will turn You'd be starting fires just to watch 'em burn I know you tried so hard just to forget me Of all the things to forget I wore a lot on my face and I was outta your reach. Just something else to regret I hold my head high and the tides will turn You'd be starting fires just to watch 'em ...burn -Guitar solo- Well don’t you dare to doubt the shape I'm in Or where my life has been Cause when it comes my time I'm gonna shed this skin You say I'm tangled in And I hold my head high and the tides will turn You'd be starting fires just to watch 'em burn I never knew that words could hit so hard You let them fall like rain I have come so far treading water To drown me again I hold my head high and the tides will turn You'd be starting fire just to watch 'em burn I hold my head high and the tides will turn You'd be starting fire just to ...watch 'em ...burn -Instrumental outtro-
