How can I contact you? I have some questions like: how does the business operate? Do job boards charge a subscripton and if not and you charge a fee when you hire someone, how do you prevent that a job poster just hires someone directly and lets you out, they could easily just get the applicants info and contact them directly. I want to understand how does business model works.

Heads of HR or talent acquisition depending on the company. Gotta use a drip campaign and prospect. It’s an effort and a grind.
