IPS WORKS - a dedicated unit within the Western Australian Association for Mental Health - assists community organisations and services across Australia to implement supported employment following the internationally acclaimed IPS core practice principles.
Our IPS WORKS team supports employment specialists within community organisations and services to assist people who live with a significant mental illness and disabilities to achieve meaningful employment.
Employment specialists at IPS WORKS-supported sites work with businesses to understand how an IPS participant can fit into their business and add value as a paid employee.
