You need more clarity in finding jobs. Deloitte or EY are not IT service companies. They are consultancy companies. They also do consultancy. In India Deloitte or EY do not have Indian companies as customers. They use the Indian cheap workers to service international clients. But in Germany, their clients are big medium and small German Companies. So they need a German speaking worker. Try searching in manufacturing. They will also ask for German speaking workers. But English speakers with German proficiency also find opportunities. You are trying the wrong companies.
