Job guarantee for Pilots after Training- Open Discussion

So, I have been getting questions like I'm going to spend such a huge amount, is there any guarantee that i will get a job?? well here's my take on it!! I'm open to being corrected or this topic being discussed further!! I hope all of you are safe!!
