Anand says, “…well maybe I should hire your cousin instead of you.” Sundeep replies that, in essence, the cousin wouldn’t agree to take the job knowing he needs it, because that would make the cousin a traitor (snake). Get it? But the joke is that the cousin is in fact a snake, so to speak, because his name is Cobra. That’s the irony here. It’s a play with words. The logic is the cousin wouldn’t take the job Sundeep wants.
