I have an interview this Thursday, and it's for a position I am determined to get because it's something I truly enjoy. This month has been kind to me, as I spent last week attending interviews. I've been using your answers, in the past 2 months i gave 5 interviews and couldn't clear even 1. I once answered and the HR smiled, it gave a clear indication that the answer seemed prepared and probably other candidates used it too. I've been adding personal touch to the answers but doesnt help!

I would say be ready to answer the questions presented. But be careful not to talk too much, you may come out sounding too practiced. Don’t offer too much information about yourself, this will turn some interviewers off. Don’t speak as fast as Richard (sounds practiced) take your time with your answers, make eye contact, and limit the use of your hands while speaking ( it can look too aggressive). Is Richard trying to get a job or trying to be president. Too much can be worse than nothing at all.
